Nancy has worked in the Asset Based Lending Industry for twenty-five years.  She graduated from D’Youville College with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting.  Nancy has also been a CFE since 1995.

In 1981 Nancy was hired by HSBC to start up the Collateral Examination Department where she was responsible for the scheduling and reviewing of exams as well as performing the more difficult high profile exams.  She had also written and implemented the Credit Policy manual for the division.  She was promoted to the Special Loan Department specializing in distressed loans requiring daily monitoring and finally liquidation. In 1995 HSBC made a decision to outsource the majority of their ABL department and Nancy was hired by Dopkins & Co. to manage the ABL portfolio from HSBC.  In 1997 Nancy joined BDO Siedman, who later merged with Freed Maxick ABL Services, as a supervisor and trainer leading large, multi-divisional exams for a multitude of banks.   In 2002 Nancy joined Jefferson Wells Lender Services as a Manager and was once again responsible for leading large multi-divisional high profile exams  as well as reviewing exams.  In 2004 Nancy joined Evergreen Collateral Consulting, LLC as a Field Exam Manager continuing her lead role on difficult exams, mentoring her fellow examiners, and helping out senior management with reviews.  Nancy is well recognized and has developed a strong reputation in the industry through her many years of dealing with a multitude of financial lending institutions.  She has most recently been promoted to Exam Manager and works very closely with other members of management in executing daily tasks for the firm.
