Dino has worked in an asset-based environment as a field examiner for most of his professional career. Most recently he was a loan analyst for BankBoston N.A. There, his responsibilities included reviews of secured and unsecured credits including those associated with standard asset-based structured facilities. Dino has performed examinations in such specialized finance portfolios as energy and utilities and technology. Although most reviews involved clients located in the United States, some assignments required visits to an international business unit. The assignments included prospect, recurring, and takeover exams for credits ranging from $2 million to $500 million. Field exams involved a thorough review of the quality of the assigned collateral, accuracy and reliability of the associated reporting systems, and financial analysis. Dino joined Evergreen Collateral Consulting in 2000.
Dino holds a B.S. degree in accounting and an MBA from New Hampshire College.
